Real Techniques - A Good Quality Brush With Reasonable Price

Real Techniques is not something new, i think everybody already knows about it. These well-known brushes are a line from Samantha Chapman, a famous make up artist and a beauty blogger. For who are living in Indonesia, they do not sell it here, but the good news is you can purchase it online like i did. Since i bought them online, i could not see, feel or even try them directly, so i decided not to buy the whole collection, i only took the "Core Collection" and the "Blush Brush".

Soon as these babies arrived, i tried them immediately and wrote this review for you DDG. I thought they are heavy but i was completely wrong, they are very light, the bristles are soft, and attractive in its design. Here they are :

The Core Collection includes four brushes comes with a panoramic case:
  • Detailer Brush: The smaller brush on this kit. You can use it as a concealer brush to conceal the little problem areas or as a lip brush. I prefer to use it as a lip brush.

  • Pointed Foundation Brush: For me this brush is too small for foundation application - it will take foreverrr to cover the whole face. So i do not like to use it as a foundation brush. It is more suitable for concealer application because the bristles are long, thin and pointed, enables you to conceal the large area of your face or under the eyes and around the nose.

  • Buffing Brush: It is perfect for buffing the mineral or powder foundation. The dense of the bristle gives a full coverage for a powder foundation application without looking cakey. For liquid foundation, it gives a flawlessly finish. This brush is one of my favorite brush from Real Techniques. Unfortunately, they do not sell it per unit - if i want to repurchase it, i have to buy the whole package :( .

  • Contour Brush: This one is also my RT favorite brush. The bristles are tapered out, the size is ideal for contouring and highlighting and for blush as well. Is not that cool? ;) .

  • Panoramic Case: A handy traveling brush holder.

  • Blush Brush: It is the biggest blush brush i have ever have. I found this brush is too big for applying blush precisely even the bristle are tapered out, but it enables you to get the sheer high definition result with a pigmented blush-on product. I prefer to use it for loose powder application or a bronzer.

Conclusion:
I definitely recommend these brushes because the quality is good, the price is affordable, the result you get is flawless airbrush finish, and multifunction as well (good for traveling because you do not need to bring a lot of brushes) and what else? Go get them :D lol
